According to the Department of Finance, the total state budget revenues in provincial area in the first six months of 2010 was VND 10,610 billion (or 71 per cent of the plan set for the whole year) and posted an increase of 23 per cent from a year earlier.
In fact, import-export activities depend totally on national policies and have been impacted by the global oil movement, exported coal, imported goods, etc. Thanks to effective solutions on revenue growth, customs revenue was VND 6,500 billion, up 12 percent year-on-year or 62 percent of this year's plan.
Domestic revenue which mainly came from central state-owned enterprises, foreign invested enterprises, individual income tax and land use right tax, reached 71 percent of this year's plan, up 46 percent compared with the same period in 2009.
In addition, unbalance revenues in the first six months of this year was 54 percent of the plan set for the whole year and rose 8 percent from a year earlier./.
