Quang Ninh greeted about 58,500 traveller arrivals last Saturday and Sunday, reported the Department of Tourism.

The number of tourists visiting Ha Long bay during the daytime and staying overnight reached more than 626 and over 286 respectively. Nearly 3,390 ones visited the national special relic site of Yen Tu, and roughly 2,790 visitors came to the Quang Ninh Museum.
The total quantity of visitors staying overnight at tourist accommodation establishments across the province within two days was about 20,000.

In 2021, Quang Ninh tourism sector targets to greet about 10 million tourist arrivals and earns VND 20,000 billion in revenue. In conjunction with a tourism stimulus package worth VND 500 billion, the province plans to closely work with enterprises operating in fields of tourism, service and transport to formulate and launch various promotion programs and events.
