Mong Cai International border gate reopened after Tet holiday

More than 200 vehicles carrying over 4,700 tons of import-export goods went through the border gate of Bac Luan Bridge No. 2 and the open trail of Km3 + 4 Hai Yen temporary buoy bridge on the first day of customs clearance after Tet holiday, reported the management board of Mong Cai International Border Gate.

As many as 63 container trucks were allowed to run through the border gate of Bac Luan Bridge No. 2 on Feb. 18.

As many as 63 container trucks were allowed to run through the border gate of Bac Luan Bridge No. 2 on February 18. Of which, 24 trucks carrying mainly cotton fibers produced by Texhong Group were exported to China while Vietnam imported 39 trucks of over 720 tons of electronic components, processed goods, and junk goods.

At the open trail of Km3+4 Hai Yen temporary buoy bridge, 143 trucks of seafood, fruit, tapioca and others were exported to China.

All defined regulations on Covid-10 preventation have been strictly implemented at the border gate.

In the context of complicated COVID-19 pandemic, the management board of Mong Cai International Border Gate has currently worked closely with funcitional agencies and localities to strictly implement all defined regulations on Covid-19 prevention.
