The opening ceremony of the 2024 Binh Lieu Culture-Tourism Week a is going to be held at Luc Hon commune on the evening of October 25. The event also aims to affirm Binh Lieu as a safe, friendly, and attractive destination in the Northeast of Quang Ninh province.

The Binh Lieu Culture-Tourism Week will feature ethnic colours

This year’s festival will feature various attractive cultural and sport activities from October to November such as new rice season festival of Tay ethnic people, the display of One Commune One Product (OCOP) and agricultural products, the experience of climbing and camping on Cao Xiem Mountain, the Women's Football Tournament of ethnic groups in Binh Lieu District, folk games, the showcase of ethnic minority groups’ costumes, taking check-in photos on terraced fields, a paragliding tournament, and a mountain climbing tournament.

This is the message of a beautiful district with historical traditions and cultural identities as well as rustic and honesty locals that ethnic minority people in Binh Lieu district want to promote to visitors.

These events are part of a series of activities to mark the 105th founding anniversary of Binh Lieu district (Decomeber 26, 1919-2024).
