The Quang Ninh culinary festival 2025, themed “Quang Ninh - The destination of culinary essence” will take place from October 30 to November 2, 2025 at Sun Carnival Square in Bai Chay ward.

This vibrant event promises to delight food lovers with a feast of flavors, showcasing not only Quang Ninh’s signature dishes but also the rich culinary traditions of cultures from around the world.

This year’s festival will feature around 200 booths, divided into three distinctive zones including an international cuisine zone (about 50 booths introducing global culinary delights, a Vietnamese cuisine zone (around 50 booths recreating the authentic tastes of the country’s North, Central, and South regions), and a Quang Ninh cuisine zone (approximately 100 booths highlighting the province’s unique coastal and mountainous specialties).

Visitors can look forward to captivating cultural performances by Quang Ninh’s ethnic groups, live cocktail shows featuring local ingredients, and a series of free interactive workshops where participants can learn to make traditional Vietnamese dishes such as chả mực (grilled squid cakes), bánh gật gù (nodding cakes), nem chua (fermented pork rolls), chả nem (spring rolls), and bánh chưng (square sticky rice cakes).

A highlight of this year’s event is the innovative use of virtual and augmented reality (VR/AR) technology, allowing visitors to explore the province’s culinary ingredient regions in an immersive and engaging way.

Adding to the excitement, the international cuisine zone will feature world-class hotels, restaurants, and service brands, promising visitors a premium dining experience that blends global sophistication with local warmth.

Now in its fifth edition, the Quang Ninh Culinary Festival has become a signature annual event aimed at boosting tourism while celebrating and preserving the province’s rich culinary heritage.

The festival also provides an excellent platform for businesses to showcase their brands, promote local products, and contribute to Quang Ninh’s ambitious goal of welcoming 20 million visitors in 2025.

It is expected that the 2025 festival will attract between 30,000 and 50,000 visitors, reaffirming Quang Ninh’s reputation as one of Vietnam’s most dynamic and culturally rich destinations.
