The concert is part of activities celebrating the 14th National Party Congress, commemorating the founding anniversary of the Party, and welcoming the Lunar New Year 2026. Scheduled for January 25, 2026, the event will take place at October 30 Square in Ha Long Ward. More than a major political and cultural highlight, the program is expected to create emotionally rich and creative space, inspiring pride and fostering aspirations for dedication and contribution to the province’s development.

The concert feature performances by renowned Vietnamese singers and artists

The 120-minute concert is expected to attract around 50,000 spectators and will feature performances by renowned Vietnamese singers and artists, as well as prominent singers from Quang Ninh. The concert will conclude with a high-altitude fireworks display.

According to the organizing committee, 20,000 tickets will be distributed online; 10,000 tickets will be allocated to tourists through travel agents and tourism service companies; and 2,000 tickets will be reserved for fan clubs of participating artists. The remaining tickets will be distributed to delegates and local residents from communes, wards, and special zones.

In addition, Quang Ninh will organize a series of cultural, sports, and tourism events to welcome the Year of the Horse 2026.
