The vibrant festival life of in Northeastern Vietnam

Quang Ninh boasts a long-standing history and a rich regional cultural identity. The province currently hosts nearly 80 traditional festivals each year, many of which are listed as national intangible Cultural Heritage. These festivals reflect local belief, customs, and cultural practices, across diverse spaces from mountainous areas to coastal plains and island communities. Together, they create a vivid picture of cultural diversity and vitality in northeastern Vietnam.
