Dolphin Halong Cruise, designed as a floating oasis, offers high-quality services to visitors.
In recent years, the tourism fleet operating on Ha Long Bay has undergone significant transformation. A series of large-scale super cruises featuring modern designs and service standards approaching European benchmarks have been launched. Among them is Dolphin Halong Cruise, a newly inaugurated super cruise ship covering more than 1,800 square metres, with a 180-square-metre domed stage - an ideal venue for artistic performances on the water.

On-board cuisine has been carefully developed, featuring European and Asian styles alongside traditional Vietnamese dishes rich in cultural identity.

Tourism fleets on the bay are becoming increasingly modern, with numerous large super cruises now in operation. Accommodating between 500 and 700 passengers, they not only provide sightseeing tours but also enhance on-board experiences and services, including gastronomy, wellness care, cultural performances and live music by well-known artists. Some cruises are equipped with saltwater swimming pools, 3D golf simulators and cinemas.

During holidays, especially Lunar New Year, tourists have opportunities to take part in a variety of distinctive cultural activities. Among them, making "chưng" cake is particularly popular with tourists.
At present, Ha Long Bay offers 12 tourism products and services. Of these, four are organised by the Ha Long Bay - Yen Tu World Heritage Management Board, including sightseeing by cruise ship, fishing village cultural experiences, visits to archaeological sites and beach activities at Titov Beach. The remaining eight, operated by enterprises, include souvenir sales and commercial activities on floating houses; rowing boat services; kayaking; speedboat services; visitor transport on the bay; shore-based restaurant boats; pearl farming models; and combined seafood trading and sightseeing points.

Ha Long Bay is increasingly chosen as a destination for billionair couples to hold wedding ceremonies.
The Ha Long Bay - Yen Tu World Heritage Management Board is also implementing a project to restore the Cua Van Floating Cultural Centre and the Vung Vieng fishing village, creating authentic cultural spaces where visitors can learn about fishermen’s daily life and take part in traditional activities such as bamboo boat rowing, night squid fishing and net weaving. Notably, from March 2026, the love duet singing on Ha Long Bay will be officially resumed at Cua Van fishing village after a temporary suspension in order to complete organisational preparations.
