The 150-minute programme was structured into three parts: Symphony of Origins, Convergence of Quintessence, and Ha Long Shines, featuring many well-known artists loved by the public. The performances helped introduce and promote the most distinctive cultural values of Quang Ninh while reflecting cultural exchange and integration with friends from across the five continents.

Before the main stage programme, a street carnival parade featuring 59 themed parade floats showcasing Quang Ninh’s land and people created a lively spectacle along the nearly 1km coastal road leading to the main stage. At the same time, hundreds of tourist boats on Ha Long Bay joined a large-scale light performance on the water.

The programme concluded with an impressive fireworks display, marking the beginning of Quang Ninh’s vibrant summer tourism season and reaffirming the province’s determination to realise its goal of building Ha Long - Quang Ninh into a regional centre for tourism, festivals and entertainment.
