A large number of officials and residents across the province participate in environmental clean-up activities, spreading the message of green living and environmental protection.

Provincial leaders attended launch ceremonies held throughout the province. Under the messages “Every citizen is an environmental protector” and “Every family is a green, clean and beautiful home”, the campaign has received strong public support. Activities will continue throughout June, with a peak period from June 1 to 8, including tree planting, environmental clean-ups, plastic waste collection and marine conservation activities. Authorities will promote digital technologies and modern communication tools to raise awareness of environmental protection, reduce marine plastic waste, support climate change adaptation and promote a sustainable blue economy.
