To meet the increasing demands of MICE travellers, tourism businesses are continually refreshing their products and designing customised programmes that combine leisure, conferences and entertainment, adding greater value to each journey. The results of improved service quality are clearly reflected in the growing number of MICE visitors. Since the beginning of the summer, Quang Ninh has welcomed a series of large MICE groups, some numbering up to 2,500 people. Saigontourist alone has brought around 30 groups, totalling between 6,000 and 7,000 visitors, to Quang Ninh and will continue organising groups of thousands of travellers in the final months of the year.

Quang Ninh’s continued success in attracting large MICE groups demonstrates its growing appeal among high-value travellers. It also reflects the province’s coordinated investment in infrastructure, service upgrades and diversified experiences, thereby contributing to higher visitor spending and longer stays.
